We are ActionTech Labs — an applied personal-AI lab. We build privacy-first, local-first AI for everyone else: everyday people, families, and the founders building for them. But AI is the means, not the mission. We don't build with AI because AI is exciting — we build with it because it lets us deliver something we actually believe in: privacy you never have to think about, tools that respect your hardware and your budget, technology that doesn't cost the earth. The AI is the how. LESS is MORE is the why.
For two decades, "more" was the only direction technology knew. More data. More cloud. More compute. More tokens. The bill is now coming due — in enterprise budgets quietly bleeding on frontier-model tokens, in communities pushing back on data centers that drink their water and strain their grids, in a whole industry rediscovering that local is often enough. We didn't pivot to this view. We built on it from day one. The world is catching up to LESS is MORE.
